"After being mucked about by BMW and rescheduled twice, my car was in need of an Oil and Brake fluid service urgently. I could not wait longer for BMW as my service light had been on for some time. A friend of mine recommended that I contact Adam as he is his go to man. Adam fit me in on short notice, was polite, courteous, accommodating and informative. Not only this he saved me money from BMW's quote and this was even with a full service as he advised this was required. The great thing about ABE is that he is happy to take the time to explain in layman's terms what is going on with your car. I did not feel pressured into doing anything as he simply educated me on what parts of my car may and may not need work and the options I have. This meant I felt like I knew what I was paying for and that I understood why it was necessary. This was really refreshing as often Garages say they have done something or say something needs doing and don't properly explain, leaving you just assuming that the car needs the work or must be okay. I would not hesitate in recommending Adam and ABE to anyone I know and he will now be my go to man for anything car related.
