"We had a long drive coming up for the weekend, and after being let down by some large dealerships at the last minute, we found SGT's details online as a 'Trusted Trader' and decided to drop them an email because the BMW X1 was showing a dashboard alert, saying it needed a brake fluid service, even though it had just been MOTed. We got a very accommodating and professional reply from Chris, who fitted me in at the last minute the next morning - I popped in, and he ran some checks, topped things up and reassured me things were ok. He didn't even charge us for the checks. The service was so professional and I found Chris to be knowledgeable and trustworthy.
