"Excellent service throughout. I badly damaged the side of my motorhome while in France in an argument with a tree branch that ripped a lengthy hole in the side of the van. Wife was in tears and, boy, I was really in the dog house!. Shane managed to produce a quote from detailed photographs when I was in France (which saved the rest of the holiday for us) and I was able to send that quote to the insurance company immediately on my return. He and the manager, Steve, dealt with the insurance company after I dropped it off. Truly hassle-free. They were able to take the van in and repair it when it was convenient to me. By way of background, the van is a "PLA". Not many around so I was a bit dubious about their ability to repair it. Despite that, the repairs to the significant damage was amazing. It really is as good as new. Great communications throughout. Do not go anywhere else if you need a bodywork repair. They also do habitation checks and other maintenance."
