His attention to detail was second to none. Use of the courtesy car made my life super easy too, but the absolute cherry on top was the lads getting my car warm ready for me to collect!! It was snowing and they knew what time I was arriving so they had my car all ready and waiting with the heating on, heated seats and heated steering wheel on, so I could jump into a nice warm car to go home!
