"Absolutely shocking service. Constant lies and broken promises, when you ask to speak to a manager you get told that nobody is available and nobody ever calls you back. We will never purchase another Ford. The response from Ford when trying to raise a complaint - "I requested your manager call back but in this instance the issues do not justify receiving a call back so a manager will not be in contact regarding this case" They don't even know what my complaint it, nor will they even listen. ****AVOID THIS COMPANY****"
