"Such an immersive and engaging experience from the moment you step through the doors into this incredibly aesthetic and ambient, quaint place. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable about the ingredients and have a keen interest for preserving previously used natural and English-bred ingredients. You get samples to try Syrups that make up the complex flavours. As for the drinks, they're truly impressionable in both appearance and flavour. Strong and refreshing. Bold and truly romantic. Pricing is more than reasonable considering what you're presented with."

"Such an amazing place! We have visited twice now and both times have absolutely loved it. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and really take the time to explain what happens behind the scenes and were happy to answer all our questions. We were shown some of the lovely books which a couple of the recipes come from which was really exciting. The drinks are incredible and we can't wait to try more! The whole place has a very relaxed atmosphere which makes it even better. Thank you, we can't wait to come back :)"

"Amazing service, great drinks and on the whole was a unique experience. I was not expecting the great welcome and the hospitality we got. The person serving us looked after us with real pleasure and made us feel very special. The explanation of the drinks, what you do was very good, the drinks were also very good. What also stand out for me was that when we arrived we were all wet from the rain, it was quiet night in the bar and straight away the heating was put on :) ... really special touch to keep us warm and dry. HUGE THANK YOU ❤️ oh almost forgot we had our 2 small dogs with us, which was not a problem at all and were very well looked after as well."

The owner is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about sustainability, local ingredients, foraging, food history and food science! The young man that works here is an excellent host and also really knowledgable on the ingredients and food history. Its a great experience drinking here and it's a breath of fresh air to have a place that serves interesting, well thought out, non alcoholic beverages with a genuine sustainability ethos at its core. I love the decor and appreciate the thought that has gone into every aspect of this place. The fig cream soda and that fennel biscuit are heaven! The drinks and sweet treats are a feast for the taste buds and that's why Dan and I always come here when we visit Winchester."

"Absolutely delicious drinks, polite and knowledgeable team, the atmosphere is ambient, with tall ceilings and lots of natural light. The interior is beautifully designed. Quiet jazz music playing. It's definitely an experience, not just a cafe. I'd recommend the drink with the 5-year old maple syrup and coffee. I can't believe how much I loved this place, we're definitely going back!"
