Reviews
"16.20 Just witnessed the young male barista with curly hair and glasses, possibly a supervisor or manager as he had keys on a lanyard, standing at the counter and fully stamping lots of loyalty cards which he then pocketed and went out into the back room carrying the till drawer."
"Called in at 2pm today, after standing at the front of the queue for almost ten minutes being ignored by the barista and trainee barista (not even a, “we’ll be with you in a minute”), walked out after seeing the male barista biting his nails while making hot chocolate and other hygiene violations. Very disappointing"
"I tend to try all the coffee shops in Festival Place & have to say Cafe Nero coffee tastes best and there seems to be a better/different selection of food too. As with pretty much all coffee shops service can be slow but no slower than elsewhere."
"Nice little coffee shop on the edge of festival place with plenty of windows and open side to watch the world go by. Quieter seating at the back."
