"Be careful they close 50 minutes earlier than their business hours. It says on the door they close at 6:00pm went there at 5:10 and they were already closing what a shame"
"Visited the store last weekend and the manager was beyond helpful. He knew so much about trainers and gave us loads of advice and help which really pleased my 14 year old son. It is great to see a retail manager with a passion for his business and a genuine interest in providing a great customer service experience. Thanks again."
"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 6 Stars Best leisure trainer selection in The Oracle. Strong Air Jordan selection. Strong baseball cap selection. Custom niche lines like New Era and Chicago Bulls. Not afraid to be different. Staff have always been good. Just goes to show, it’s not the size of the shop that counts, it’s what you do with it that matters. Go little shop: you nail it."
"Really unsure why they have a phone.. I have called seven times since they have opened and no answer. You know when you are trying to break your back to get someone the ONE present they want? Yup. Not going to bother with this branch ever again."
"My Girlfriend and I were looking to buy a few pairs of shoes and so we visited the store on 23/05/2021 at about 4:30 to 4:45PM. We were happily browsing to ourselves the women's shoe wall and went to the Adidas section when we were abruptly shouted at by a female member of staff asking "Are you alright"? Despite the sentiment of this, it came across very rude and aggresive in the tone of her voice. Although we made it very clear in response that we did not require assistance yet as we were still browsing, the shop assistant proceeded to get very close (practically up in our faces) badgering us further about what it was we were looking for. This made us start to feel extremely uncomfortable and we again expressed our desire to be left alone to browse. Following this, the staff member clearly realising she was making us uncomfortable, aggresively asked me "Are you scared of me?" and "Am I scary" to which I replied "No, but you are being quite intimidating and I would like to be left alone" to which she replied in raucous laughter and further attempts to quiz us on what we wanted to buy, leaving us no oppurtunity to even think or browse further. Unfortunately the situation becomes worse as at this point the two of us had had enough of feeling so uncomfortable and wanted to leave the store and as we started to do so I stated this to the assistant who then replied something dismissive like "No you're not" or something of that ilk (I cannot quite remember due to the stress of the situation). As we moved towards the door, she moved directly in front of us with her hands out trying to block our exit. She was way too close to us, given COVID-19 restrictions and at this point I felt very threatened. I then asked to speak to her manager as I was astounded by how I was being treated as a customer. She pointed out another member of staff who she said was the manager who was mere metres away from the three of us during this confrontation and thus clearly within earshot. The person I spoke to, who I later was able to get the name of, was Lore/Lori. At first when talking to him, he thought what I was trying to talk to him about was a joke until he asked if we were being serious. He then proceded to claim he heard the encounter and did not think it to be a cause for complaint, despite how uncomfortable it had made me feel. He claimed that the actions of the assistant was "perfectly normal interactions to have with a customer" and that "he had never had a complaint before" and used that as a reason to not act or even speak to the shop assistant who was watching, laughing and jeering at us the whole time. The manager constantly shrugged his shoulders as if there was nothing he could do and proved to be completely inconsiderate of how we as customers were feeling and made no effort to console us. I would like to note that I suffer from a form of Autism called Asperger's Syndrome, of which I informed this to the manager during our in person complaint. This condition amplified the discomfort of receiving such aggressive actions from the shop assistant nearly to the point of making me panic. At that moment I found it pointless to be in the store any longer as the manager did not take my complaint seriously at all and finally was able to leave the store. It is now an hour later from this horrific experience and I still have lingering feelings of anxiety and stress. My girlfriend and I have never felt so uncomfortable from a retail experience before and do not ever wish to again and are seriously contemplating never returning to a foot locker in the future if this is the level of customer service we should expect to receive."
