Rather than being short staffed there appeared to be too many and they had a pack mentality of attitude that customers are a nuisance. Having done mystery shopping myself, to sort this store they need to be doing this regularly. I last went here 2 or 3 years ago and swore never again as the staff were so rude. Unfortunately couldn’t avoid it today and sad to say it’s no better. Worst store in Camberley staff-wise. As a final point they had a Nike outfit on a mannequin - when I asked where the items were in the store the staff member quickly glanced at nearby items then told me that they don’t stock the items on the mannequin. Which round be bizarre if that’s true."
"Bought a pair of expensive trainers in here and got the worst "give us your money and get lost attitude" I have ever witnessed. Young lads running the store seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves and checking their social media than helping people. And when asked for help it seemed a big inconvenience to tear them away from their conversation/phone. All in all not a great experience."
