"The process was so easy and the price i got was what I was given online a few days earlier. I was very honest about the condition but expected to be knocked down in value so was pleasantly surprised. There was an issue with mileage discrepancy where my car had been MOTd 6 years ago with the wrong (higher) mileage but wbac sorted that out too because I had the original MOT paperwork with the correct mileage. Overall very impressed, hassle free and stress free. If the money comes through in 4 days as promised it will be perfect, let's see! If it doesn't, I'll update the post. The we buy any car contact I met was Abs who was very pleasant."
"Very poor customer service from one sales lady. ( I am not going to mention her name). Very unhelpful - I would call her very rude and mean - definitely should not work in customer service/retail. I believe she assumed that I could not understand English so the way she was speaking to me was not right-I felt really offended. I have no plans of returning there."
