"8 staff members, not a single table dining, and still got a wrong order after confirming 3 times the exact order. It happend few times already so not a surprise. Food = decent, but definitely not double meat as paid for + forgot about extras. 4 members of staff joking around behind the counter instead of focusing on one simple order and costumer service."

"Incredibly slow service. Was not even busy and they had so many staff members. Decided to pop in with my family for a little snack. Ordered 6 doner spring rolls and cheesy fries. Food took ages to come. When I got the food, I asked if I could get some sauces. The lady asked me what I wanted and I said can I get one of each? She rudely said no you have to pay for them and walked away. I have no issue paying for sauces, but she didn't even let me answer, she just walked away. I walked to my wife and asked if I should get sauces. She said yea. She also told me to ask if they can put a bit more cheese sauce on our cheesy fries because, honestly, they put 1 tiny squirt of cheese. I went back to the till and paid for some sauces and politely asked the lady if I can get a bit more cheese sauce. She handed it to one of the cooks and he acted like I made some incredibly difficult request. It was like he was personally offended. He started to lecture me how this is their standard portion size but he would give me more as a favour. All I wanted was a bit more cheese sauce because they were very stingy with it. Anyway, he apparently didn't understand and thought I wanted extra chips. I could hear the lady telling him not to give me chips and only more cheese sauce but he gave extra chips(which I won't complain about.) Food is pretty standard, but their customer service is horrendous."

"The worst staff ever. I have never seen such a bad service. The products are too expensive for the services they are providing. Update: 1 year later - Ordered the same thing and it came in different sizes - items missing from the order. See pictures. There was no improvement"

"Food is banging. Definitely worth it! Staff really welcoming too not to mention the place is pretty spotless despite the drunken lot that hang around here on a regular basis. 10/10 would suggest to anyone passing by needing to grab some good quality grub!"

"Worst GDK I have been to. Better to go slough and bring food back to H/W. Order was taken correctly but missed a off a boss box, I ordered 4 in total. It’s not rocket science…..then went back and told them you missed of the boss box and had to wait a further 10 mins on top of the 30 mins I was told initially. People Behind the glass area we’re just lost and some were just acting childish. What a disappointment this food has been. Spent over £50. I will in future just go slough where the service is spot on and customer service along with professionalism is how you expect when spending this much money. I think the owner needs to review this work place and his/her staff. Also the casadia just looked like a floppy wrap when it should look like the pictures on the menu…… I have now changed my rating on this place I have visited after many months and I have to say they have upped their game and food is on point now. Keep up the good work."
