Taco Bell Mid Summer Place, Amesbury, Salisbury SP4 7QA

"This place I've tried twice. Once a couple of weeks after opening. I couldn't believe how badly the customer area was maintained. Food and wrappers all over the floor and tables. A receipt on a table along with a load of empty wrappers from 2 hours previously. The food was badly made and hardly any filling compared to other taco bells I've tried. I gave it a bit of time and went back yesterday. Unfortunately they have not improved. The drinks machine and fill area was filthy. Long waiting time for customers because they prioritise drive through. And again food that's not well filled. Dirt, food and detritus all over the place so you have to clear your own table if you want to eat in. Weirdly Taco sauce you have to ask for, and is kept out of reach of customers. Possibly the worst eating experience in Amesbury, and they have a weatherspoon. I won't be back for a third visit."

"Disappointed with my Burrito, not a lot of filling & not like a Burrito you'd get in a Mexican restaurant. Restaurant was busy but mainly all the people waiting for their order! Service was slow and the staff looked bored as if they didn't want to be there. First visit here. I'd seen the bad reviews when they first opened but assumed it was teathing troubles, short staffed and getting a new place going. Won't be going back in a hurry, but they'll probably be closed by then."

"I decided to try the new Taco Bell at solstice park today, I have had Taco Bell in a different region and wasn’t impressed so I was a little apprehensive. The food was delicious, cooked perfectly and couldn’t fault the food. However the service was quite slow. I decided to use drive through thinking it would be quick but in fact took 15 mins to receive food. Hence the 4 star review. I had the quesadilla cravings box and it was awesome. I will defo go back."

"Food was reasonable, quite different to the pictures! But then all fast food outlets tend to be the same, pictures are obviously super enhanced but that fits in nicely with society, everyone filters their pics. Staff very efficient, what let the experience down was eating area was very scruffy, food and wrappers on the floor, tables unclean, whilst I don't expect restaurant standards basic cleanliness is an expectation. I accept it was busy but still below an acceptable standard."
