"A quiet Sunday evening and Tesco clubcard points to spend, equals Prezzo. Mostly middle aged couples, including us, dinning early. As always with Prezzo the food was fresh and tasty. The restaurant was well maintained. The service was a little slow, but I put that down to it being a quiet Sunday evening. No major complaints."
"We booked on line. Arrived at the agreed time. No one on reception. Waited sometime, although there were waiting staff chatting at the bar. When we were at last seen to, no apology for keeping us waiting, we were told that we hadn't booked. I got my phone out and then was told that we had already been seated. We were shown to a table which is directly in line with the door - it was a freezing night, so I moved to the only other 2 person table. One of the waiting staff started cleaning the table next to us. We felt ignored! I then realised that we were sitting next to the cutlery drawers and thought it was going to be a noisy night. My husband and I decided to leave. At this point a lady came over and asked what the problem was - she said we could sit anywhere we liked and that we would be generously recompensed for our inconvenience. We declined and left. I'm not surprised to read that this Italian Chain is in trouble!"
"Service quite slow, possibly lack of coordination between team members. We came for lunch (had starter and main) but it took 2 hours. Would have had dessert/coffee if things had moved more slickly. We ran out of parking time. New menu (to us), but staff accommodated a specific food request which was appreciated. Very smiley staff."

"Popped in for a quick lunch during a stroll through Lymington. This branch had only re-opened a couple of days before following Covid 19 lockdown. It was surprisingly quiet and we were immediately seated. Service was polite and prompt and the food came after 10 mins or so. My Oak smoked salmon with penne pasta was lovely, in fact we all really enjoyed our meals."
