"As a family we really love the Bonnie Prince as will travel past many soft play areas to get to the wacky warehouse, because it is preferred by my autistic child. It is smaller than most soft play areas so the noise levels are more acceptable the amount of children is far fewer so I do recommend booking via the app. The staff are lovely and because we are regulars they understand my family's needs. My only grip would be that they don't have accessible toilets. They have a disable toliet. And they have baby changing in kids toliet in the wacky warehouse, but when you have a disabled child you need accessible toliets with more functional changing facilities as baby changing is sufficient, and soon there will be nowhere appropriate to change my child, so not very disablity friendly. But overall an good place to go. Staff will go above and beyond for you. Abbie in the wacky warehouse impartial is amazing, always does what she can for you, and is very warm and welcoming."
"Needs updating, not changed much in 20 or so years. Still trading on the old concepts. The food, I would like to say was good, but it wasn't. The Bonnie Prince is still trading on the old concept of 'It's just kids, quality doesn't matter'. The kitchen needs to try harder, and the manager needs to put their foot down. Frozen food is not cutting it, one can go to Iceland/farmfoods for that, and cook it at home."
"Very disappointed with this soft play, it used to be so good but after todays visit and finding out they are closing the soft play down soon I can see why... it was absolutely filthy, food all over the floor, tables not cleaned, toilets dirty, no hand soap, and as for the soft play equipment it was torn and all bits of foam falling out of it, could feel it rocking while in the upper level too!! Doesnt feel safe at all. Kids running riot with no parental supervision and no staff supervising either, Please dont be fooled by the clean pictures on their website its certainly not like that now. I definitely wont be returning to this germ filled establishment!!"
"Love taking my two year old grandson here. It's best to book first. The climbing equipment etc is very safe. You can buy food and drinks. The website says it's only open term time but it's actually open all year round. It's for up to 5 year olds. I do find it quite cold in there."
"Really enjoy the indoor play area with my 2 Daughters . Plenty to do for the kids .Giving it 5 star due to lady with blue hair called Jane .Fantastic costumer service cant do enough for you and is so welcoming ."
