"Best fry-up in the area! I found this gem of a café while passing on the A4 and now I come out of my way every week for a good breakfast. There's also a great selection of traditional simple lunches like jacket potatoes or ham, egg & chips. It's a lovely family-run place with excellent service. There are some fab walks around the back of the café so it's worth making a day of it. Make the trip if you're missing the proper old-fashioned fry-up..."
"As always Flic's does not disappoint! We have been coming here for many years (formally known as the Square Deal Cafe) and we love the current menu. Flic's is simple truck stop cafe with a solid breakfast menu that can be easily adapted to suit your tastes. As you can see from the photo the food is well cooked and presented and the staff are friendly and helpful."
