"I recently ordered from Domino's Pizza in Reading, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. First of all, the delivery took an incredibly long time - it was over 2 hours before our food arrived. When it finally did arrive, we were missing several items that we had requested. On top of that, the food was cold and unappetizing. Trying to get in touch with the restaurant was an absolute nightmare. There are no phone numbers available on their website, and there is no live chat support either. When we eventually managed to get through to someone, the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They even hung up the phone on us when we tried to explain our missing items and cold food. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Domino's Pizza in Reading. The slow delivery, missing items, cold food, and poor customer service were all unacceptable. I would strongly recommend that you avoid this restaurant at all costs, as there are many other options in the area that offer better food and service."

"I order at 7:23 on the app for ASAP delivery an hour went by nothing phoned to see where it was and was told 5-10 minutes more, waited 15 mins still now sign rang again and was told he will phone the driver and then offered a free pizza the next, then over an hour and half later still nothing so phoned again and was told I will receive half of the money back and that they will do the order again and it will he with 10-15mins the time is now 9:50, finally arrived at 10:23"

"Appalling service. Ordered pizza 7pm asap on app. An hour later app says delivered. Rang shop at 8.09pm to be told it would be 5 minutes. 15 minutes later rang shop again to be told 5 more minutes. 20 minutes later still waiting. Never again"

"DONT ORDER DOUBLE DECADENCE!! Double decadence is a scam, it is just two dry dough slapped together and called it a day. The staff just shook his shoulder and that is that, when I confronted I was not served. I repeat DONT ORDER DOUBLE DECADENCE!"

"The worst Dominos I’ve ever tried. TWICE in the last month I’ve ordered from here and TWICE it’s arrived burnt with barely any cheese. Pizza is supposed to be deliciously cheesy with a soft base. Pizzas from here look like they’ve been cooked over the furnace of hell. Is this a fast food establishment or a crematorium ? I’ve complained via their website so let’s see if they care to respond…."
