"Today I had the worst experience of customer service ever! I ordered food today with the drink, I received the food but no drink, as the driver forget to bring it. He said he’ll be back in a few minutes. The shop is not far from my house. Half an hour later no one come, so I have phoned the store to check. The manager answered me, and I felt sorry for the company to employ such an in experienced manager. He refused to give me his name, with an aggressive response.Personally, I think this prives zero experience in dealing with the clients. I will never order again from there and I’ll be talking about it every single time. I was just really upset and the manager’s behaviour made me even more upset and angry."

"I found the pizza at Papa John's to be average compared to all the other pizza outlets in Reading. The price is exorbitant for the quality (no doubt they have to offer 40% discount). Even with that discount it is not worth (at least for me). The garlic bread is completely value for money and their garlic dip is finger licking delicious. I had ordered takeaway from their website and it was delivered perfectly fresh and warm."
