"I started using this Take Out switching only around a week ago because i liked their menu variety. Ive spent around 50 pounds having multiple orders in just one week. First delivery excellent, second delivery was missing salt and third delivery tonight was the last time i will use them. When old muslim driver arrived I queried if I had salt this time, he was offish and borderline rude telling me how would he know hes just the driver and contact the restaurant! When I got back indoors I discovered 2 of the 4 ordered pepsi's were missing and so was the coleslaw side. Shocking lack of duty of care. We all know fast food is garbage with high fat and high salt content, but if i buy it i want what i paid for especially as this restaurant cheekily charges a delivery fee and this nonsense service charge. At 15 pounds a hit therefore i have certain expectations which this take away has dismally failed. Oh also the chips and chicken were lukewarm. If there ethos is to make money they have failed because I no longer feel like taking my business to them."
