"It was my mum's birthday on Saturday. i checked that the opening time is 12 noon. so i called on Friday eve to find out if i can order pizzas for the next day and if they can arrive at 12.20 as we will need to leave at 1pm. i was told yes but very latest it might be 12.30. i said ok no problem and i placed the order. the next day the pizza didnt arrive at 12.20, neither 12.30, or 12 40 but at 12.52!!!! we had 8 minutes to supposedly eat four pizzas. i was really upset. we were all hungry and already dressed in coats ready to leave. the pizza is good but the communication is awful and delivery slow. if i knew it will take 52 minutes for it to come i would have not ordered it. everyone was starving and frustrated by the time they arrived. not a good start of a birthday day. the delivery guy was very apologetic."
