"Absolutely fabulous service . Ordered flowers and they were delivered within hours of the order been placed . Flowers were beautiful and the most impressive part was I received a video clip prior to delivery to show what my flowers would look like . I loved this so much as you never like to ask the recipient to share a pictures so you can see the flowers . This is absolutely a super service and I will certainly be using Flowers.ie going forward so all my floral purchases . "My boyfriend got me these for valentines, thought they where so gorgeous, he wrote a good review but mentioned they did come a little wilted and only lasted about 24 hours, but still said I was very happy anyway, and they sent a fresh batch straight out with an apology letter. I thought this was great customer service, they truly care! Even after we said we where happy they pushed the boat out even further to make sure we where 100% happy. Will be getting these flowers at every event!! They are just beautiful."
