"Flowers were well in bloom lillies in particular It looked as if they were left over from mother's day delivery Expensive for the quality Won't be ordering from there again very disappointing indeed"
"Staff so friendly and obliging, bouquet beautiful and not pricey at all"
"Just collected my wedding flowers after getting them preserved. Brenda is such a lovely lady we could have chatted for hours. Absolutely delighted with them a memory I can look back on everyday and have a piece of that day with me. Would highly recommend getting this done to any bride xx"
"Did our wedding flowers a few years back but for a lot of things she ignored what we asked for: for example: for the church we asked for bushes either side of the entrance because the church had a beautiful stone archway over entrance which would be fab in pics - instead Brenda did a floral arch which semi obscured the archway. Also, the package we got included 2 bouquets for mothers, we had organised different personal gifts for mothers so didn't want flowers and asked that she instead make the alter arrangements larger - she ignored this and came with bouquets anyway which ended up going to waste. Also the actual organisation beforehand was stressful because Brenda refused to correspond by email, more than once I highlighted that I'd emailed her something (because I wanted it clearly laid out in writing what we were looking for) to which she responded that she struggles with email and usually has someone handle that for her (how you can run any business in this day and age without email is beyond me). Finally, for someone who apparently specialises in weddings, she really struggled to handle set-up on the day - I had several people (my Mum, bridesmaids etc) say she was visibly very stressed, barking orders at people and overall came across as really rude. Overall my bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets and button holes were lovely, but was very disappointed in our church flowers and in our experience dealing with Brenda herself. I'd have no problem ordering a bunch of flowers from her again but would never recommend her as a wedding florist."
"We ordered flowers to be delivered on the day of the birthday of a dearest friend. The delivery man couldn't find the flat and didn't succeed in calling our friend, so they left the bouquet with a neighbor, that STOLE the flowers. In the end, we spent 55 euros for nothing, as Crafty Fox Flowers didn't want to take responsibility for delivering our flowers to the first stranger happy to steal them from us, and wouldn't give any compensation. DON'T SHOP HERE!!!"
