"Very disappointed. Always bought their flowers as they have beautiful flowers. However, the behavior and the attitude of the staff is shocking. Went to the store a month in advance to see if I can purchase 1 bridal bouquet and 2 small male buttonholes. Straight away they told me they don’t do big weddings. However, as you can see my order has nothing to do with a big wedding. And lastly when I said I would need it for 13th of February, they cut me off straight away and said not a chance. We will be very busy for Valentine’s Day. Just seems as they were saying we will already have enough money for that period, so we don’t need any other difficulties. Very disappointing experience."
"I never leave reviews of places, particularly negative ones but I was genuinely shocked at the behaviour of the staff member I had the misfortune to deal with at this florist. She was incredibly rude, to the point of hostility. I was looking for a small, simple bouquet for my wedding. As she made very obvious, this didn't align with her idea of what a wedding bouquet should be and so, as she begrudgingly put something together for me, she proceeded to make increasingly rude and deriding comments such as 'if you go with this, don't tell anyone you got your bouquet here, I have a reputation to keep' and 'I could have made several bouquets in the time this is taking' (I was not with her for longer than five minutes at this point!). While it became clear very quickly that she had no intention of putting together the kind of bouquet I was looking for, I was still planning to thank her for her time (of which I had not taken up more than 10 mins). Before I could do this, she abruptly told me to go somewhere else and turned her back on me... From other reviews here, it appears this type of behaviour on the part of this staff member is not a rare occurrence... Strange for someone supposedly so concerned with their 'reputation'... For a small business with unremarkable products, customer service is the only thing that sets you apart from your bigger competitors, your horrendous customer service is setting you apart for all the wrong reasons. To anyone considering this florist, as I did, to support local businesses, unless you enjoy being treated like a piece of dirt, save yourself the trouble and stay well clear."
"I got flowers for my wife here to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. They put together a beautiful bunch, my wife even stated that it was the best bunch I have ever got her. Still beautiful nearly a week after getting them."
"The best florist in Swords. The arrangements are always excellent and they are very generous with the quantity of blooms and also the quality. I wouldn't buy my flowers anywhere else"
"I ordered flowers over the phone for my sister who had just come out of hospital. They delivered the flowers to the wrong address and when I rang to see where the flowers were they wanted more money for another delivery. When I asked for a refund I gave them my card details and they took another payment not once but twice out of my account. Now they have taken 160 euro from my account and still have no flowers delivered. Would not recommend dealing with this business."
