"The flowers were ordered for next day delivery and the charge was €15.99. The next day deliver was Sunday which happened to be the day of the Marathon. The flowers were a surprise gift but the recipient of the gift received a text at 9.30am stating that there was a flower delivery hence the element of surprise gone! The flowers arrived at 6.36pm the delivery driver was super apologetic and said the delay was due to the Marathon. It was a bit disappointing however the flowers were lovely."
"I just had a delivery from the Flower Factory and I have to say I was (mostly) impressed. The bouquet of roses was excellent, exactly as in the photos and delivered on time. However therein lies the problem. Mid morning I received a text to say that the delivery was complete although nothing had arrived. I was in the middle of trying to contact them when my wife said that there was a box in front of the house. The delivery person could not be bothered ringing the bell and did not even leave them in the open porch. This is the only reason for the loss of a star rating. (As a follow up I contacted them by email but weeks later have not had a reply which is poor on their part)"
