"Staff were friendly but thats where the positives end. Unreliable, poor quality work, walked into kitchen to find them sitting at the kitchen table 40 mins into a 2 hour clean . Had to argue with one of the cleaners over the oven cleaning that was included in our quote to be done once a month and was refused. When we raised this with the manager she said she would schedule extra time with an additional charge. Fridge was never cleaned even though also included in quote. Rescheduled due to lack of staff on several occasions. Hours spent cleaning after they left. Avoid."

"After waiting a month for an appointment, on the morning they were due, got a call to say 2 of their staff had not turned up. I wonder why. Wouldn’t never contact them again as I urgently needed the house to be cleaned. Avoid this company. They are very expensive. How they still exist with so many bad reviews is surprising. Got a cleaner in the end at much less expense."

"We booked Pristine for a deep clean post renovation on our house. The house was unfurnished and we hoped the windows, skirting, walls etc would be thoroughly cleaned of settled building dust before moving back in with kids. Unfortunately this wasn't the case, with significant dirt remaining on the majority of surfaces after cleaning. We sought to resolve directly with Pristine and were offered 10% of another job if booked. I wouldn't book Pristine again, even with discount due to the poor quality of the clean and the response offered. I would recommend booking a competitor or even a regular cleaner who would do a better job at significantly less expense. Outsourced steam clean of mattress and sofa were the only strong points."
