"Fairly speaking, they cleaned the extractor and the shower door which we specifically mentioned when we requested the quote, and the two area were nicely cleaned. but as part of the deep cleaning service, they do not really do full cleaning. after we agreed on a price for deep clean we told the cleaner that they did not need to clean one big storage unit so that they can focus on the rest. You can see the picture for the result. We were moving out from an one bed apartment that was 48 square meter. Agreed on deep clean with balcony for 280 euro through email with the office and cleaners came in claimed that it needs to be 300, we were fine considering the cleaner gave us a good impression as they claim that they clean everything. Post cleaning I was told that they do not clean kitchen floor or wood floor as part of deep cleaning because I didn’t say it beforehand so they did not bring the solution to do that. Before the cleaning office mentioned that the cleaning would take from 9am to 2-3pm due to the deep clean and cleaner after complaining it’s not easy job they finished the job at 12:30pm. Cleaner told us that they will clean EVERYTHING INSIDE OUT before they start when we agree on the price but that’s obviously not the case. As this is our first time ordering deep clean we didn’t have the right to say if this is good quality of bad or maybe it’s just standard that flooring and inside the cabinet are not cleaned as part of the deep clean, so the apartment was checked by the agent afterwards and we were told it was not a good job at all for this price, photos were taken and anyone who wish to have deep clean service can take as reference. We were also told that we would be notified through call one hour before they finish but I got a text message 30 minutes before they finish and had to rush back. office manager’s attitude was nice and professional enough and arranged for another visit but cleaners came in with all excuses and saying they were not aware that I needed floor cleaning so they didn’t have the solution, which to us it’s a bit odd considering the attitude of “we clean everything” when they first came in and we would think floor cleaning would be a standard item to clean as part of deep clean. Eventually cleaner apologized for the door handle and the dust left on the wall socket but left without cleaning the rest because once again they were not told to clean so did not bring any equipment even the office manager gave us the impression that they are coming in to clean. All in all not a great experience, could be casual clean or if you want certain tough spot cleaned but don’t count on the deep clean unless you can make a list of EVERY possible thing including the obvious that you think should be included in the deep clean otherwise you’d be disappointed especially for the price. On another note, our drainage in the kitchen was clogged after the cleaning and called in a professional to unclog and got that it could be due to the dust on the cleaning cloth blocking the drainage. Contacted the office and was told that they do not clean drainage as well. So if you want to use this service be mindful of the few things they do not do as part of the deep clean. I’m sure there’s better cleaning for the same price."
