"They cleaned the duvet and jacket very badly. The stains didn't come out. The only thing that was repaired was the jacket, but at the same time the lock on the hood was broken. My suit, shirt and tie came back on time looking brand new and at a very reasonable price. As I was unpacking the suit at home I noticed a little Brown envelope on the hanger that said 'found in jacket pocket' on it... Inside was a crisp €50 note. What more can I say.
