"Big thanks to Ross and the crew for the recent repair work on my car. Amazing to see how they repaired the entire badly damaged side of the car and bring it back to like the day it left the dealers. Not only did they repair the damage, they gave it a full wash, polish and valvet which was above and beyond. Although I hope not to use the service again, should I need it, it's the first repair garage I will go and highly recommend it for anyone looking crash repair/paint jobs. "Completely unprofessional talked on the phone scheduled a time to meet for pricing on job. On arrival i was told the boss was not in to do the pricing that he will be 10 minutes i sat their waiting for 30 minutes until someone bothered to come out and tell me he will not be coming back today. Someone in the workshop took pictures of the damage needed to be carried out for the job and told me i would be called for pricing and email of estimate. For the past 5 days i have contacted everyday and been told i will email statement today still to no avail. I wouldn't have minded if i was told we are to busy to take the job and do a statement i would have looked elsewhere but keeping me on the long end with endless assurance you will have it today over and over is unacceptable complete waste of time from the start! I will take my business elsewhere and will not be recommending your company to anyone. Absolute time wasters!!"
