There was another chap(unfortunately didn’t get his name)he was very down to earth and helpful. "Easy to get to as live not far from this, it's a good service from the insurance company. Slight problem with a part for my car been broken on arrival from supplier, butcthats not the garage fault ( I hope ) this added a days delay on the repair. Receptionist wasnt great, not uptown date with information when I rang for an update, told me the car was ready only to be called back and told about the part and delay. When I called the next day the receptionist said again yes this is ready I had to explain to him the situation with the part and again he then told me no not ready"
