"Very disappointed with Next. We wanted to purchase a discounted sofa today but was told they don’t deliver on discounted goods. Not having anyone with a large enough car I decided to post on our local Facebook page. This afternoon I had an offer of possible hel so I tried to ring to see if said sofa was still available. On trying the number given on the website I clearly ended up in a call centre in another country. After quite abit of discussion - me trying to give him postcodes etc he agreed to transfer me to the store. Joke, I was instantly disconnected! The whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Think I will avoid Next in future."
