"Izzy spent time with us showing us different prams and answered all our questions. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to buy from. When the next model up went on sale a couple of weeks after we had bought the older model, she advised us we could cancel the order for a full refund and order the newer one which we did. We are very happy with our pram and the service Izzy provided. We even took our baby back in to meet her as she stuck in our ones as being so helpful and lovely. We have since shopped again in the Kempston store and bought from Izzy as she makes the experience so nice."
"Purchased a pram the occarro cloud z 9 piece in calico for my daughter . 6 days later it went on sale . Popped back in and spoke too immy who originally sold me the pram and she refunded me almost £400 . So happy . Immediately is an amazing lady.
