"Zero for customer service ! I rang to check the progress of my prescription which I normally have delivered , it seemed overdue, and I was told that it was ready but the van had broken down and would not be fixed for at least another week ! IIt would need collecting. I said it would have been nice to know that. " We have over 150 customers who require delivery. It is not possible to notify each one" ! When I eventually got a lift there.-it could not be readily found ! Thankfully my conditions are not life threatening but it would have been all the same if they were. I am pretty sure that the van in question is not the only vehicle capable of doing the job. Most businesses would have hired another till that was fixed. Bye Bye Hilltops RW RW ."
"prescriptions take over a week to be delivered sometimes go missing.Staff just say will look into it and you dont here from them again. If you need your medication dont use them my last order was on the 11th 19th and still waiting.Part of order was delivered on the 15th so not the doctors fault like they always try to make out"
"Great pharmacy. The staff in particular are very polite and helpful. Medication is always in stock and they never get anything wrong. In very rare circumstances where a medicine is unavailable, they will order it for you and will be ready for collection next day. You will not find a better pharmacy in MK."

"Great pharmacy. It has been attached to the surgery for at least 35 years even when it was in Two Mile Ash. The staff, although they have changed over the years, have been fantastic. They are very friendly and helpful. I can't fault them myself. Over the years my medical needs have become more complex but if I have a question they will always give me an answer that the layman can understand. Fantastic group of people."
