"I went to the pharmacy with my children this evening to get some calamine cream. I was thrown back with the terrible and embarrassing treatment I got. She was behind the counter, and before telling me what I want she immediately tells me and my husband to step far back from her because she doesn’t want to give the chicken pox to her granddaughter. She loudly says this in front of other customers. Showing no compassion and care towards us. She actually was so rude, unkind and unprofessional. There was no physical contact and there was appropriate distance . She was behind the counter and had the guts to say to us PLEASE CAN YOU GO FAR TO THAT SIDE. She didn’t even listen or given me a simple answer. I asked her to show me not be little me and my family. She looked disgusted and made us feel so unwelcome. She needs customer service training and how to speak to people better .I complained to another female staff who was siding with her that she was in a rush and she had new born granddaughter.m. Is that my concern, NO. She shouldn’t be working at a pharmacy or in the public sector if she doesn’t want to be near around people who are not well. The staff I expressed my verbal complaint will ‘Pass on’ my message to her. No apologies , no compassion or sympathy from either . And not even a Smile.Very poor experience.this was at Milton Keynes Sainsbury, Lloyds pharmacy. I don’t want an apology, I just want to be serviced with dignity and respect ."
"Couldn’t wait to get me off the phone, kept interrupting me saying, “… sorry / thank you, bye” while I was asking for advice. Although did answer my questions but I had to keep interrupting the ‘byes’. This is a small pharmacy so probably quite busy."
"Very rude and aggressive employee. Upon coming to collect a script that my GP had done 20 minutes earlier for some medication I need to start ASAP. The member of staff upon being told I had a script to collect then tells me “you do know it’s our policy for you to wait 2 days to get this” in a very aggressive manner and then can be heard very loudly talking to the pharmacist telling him “20 minutes ago” for the script. Then coming back to me and telling me in an aggressive manner “You will have to wait at least 20 minutes for this” I suggest this member of staff needs to read your own signage about treating people with respect as well as going on a customer helpfulness course."
"I’m from Manchester Blackburn. I’m regular user of salbutamol inhaler. Yesterday night 04/08/21, I came to Milton Keynes - forgot my inhaler. So I rang my doctor - he send me a prescription on the phone-what’s app-I waited till 7 am to open the Lloyds pharmacy in Sainsbury’s. I was breathing hard. I saw my prescription on the phone The lady said, we can’t except phone prescription. We need paper one. I explained to her I’m from Manchester. I forgot, now I can’t breath. ( no covid, this is my regular routine to take 2 puff in the morning) She was so rude, said go to hospital. Even she know how I’m suffering. I think humans will not do this. These people not suitable in this kind of profession- need kindness before profession. Lloyd’s should hire people with heart. If anything happened to me Lloyd’s need to take responsibility."
"Very slow handling the customer. Staff was not competent enough to response minor ailments scheme. It took almost one hour just get a medicine for the child. They don't care if your child who is sick waiting with you to get the medicine. We need to wait almost one hour just to wait for the pharmacy to print the label."
