"A very poorly stocked pharmacy. The staff is a total embarrassment. I would be ashamed in their place. This is unacceptable. They have no idea what products they are missing, what items they have in stock... These ladies should order at least once a week the usual products, especially in the case of those for children, which interested me. I've been there several times in a week…in vain, because I think whoever works there would do better in the fruit and vegetables district than in the pharmacy. If you need something, they don't even know which shelves to look on and ask you to look by yourself to find what you need. I don't know what studies they have and on what criteria they were hired, considering that they are not able to provide you with information about a simple nasal spray for children. The lady employed there was reading to me what was written on the product box. My goodness! I can read too, lady ! Shame on them! I have no words to describe the nerves that caused me, going there. Anyway, it's clear, for the rest of my life I will never enter a Lloyds Pharmacy again."
"went in a week ago, they have free blood pressure tests advertised, I inquired, and got asked to fill a load of forms, i was actually in a rush so i decided to not to proceed, My next visit i allowed myself more time as my doctor is insisting he wants a reading, I was informed they don't do free blood pressure checks and it would cost £7, I pointed to the advert, i was informed that it does not apply to them. I said they need to remove the advert then, but i have noticed it does depend who is behind the counter to the level of service you get,"
"Bring back the old staff.... Present staff including the 2 pharmacists make purchasing items frustrating and difficult. Today I asked for one-quarter strength aspirin tablets to be told they didn't have any. I asked them to take another look and was told they have 300 and 75 strength only. She then checked with the pharmacist who told her not to serve me (64 year old). I had to explain what I had been told by a heart specialist before he agreed to sell them.(56 tablets = 14 normal Asprins) by the time I left there were 9 people waiting to be served. Not good enough"
"Many times our prescriptions have been wrong. Normally short quantity. But sometimes somebody else's pills. Even stood there and they have given my pills to a stranger. And young daughter given a stranger's prescriptions with valium etc in it."
"Great pharmacy but the only problem is there need a bell or doorbell to use to let them know there is someone waiting for assistant. And there no room to check your medication before leaving to make sure you have all off medication."
