After using Arum we were shocked by the services provided. Cleaning our house for 12 hours, with two people and simple things were left dirty. The service was misquoted and ended up paying double the price. Offering a payment a £350 instead of £450 was not accepted, and were threatened to be taken to court. A happy moment of moving into our new house turned into a nightmare."
