"Do not use Spire Cleaning Services for your office cleaning; this is the first poor review that we have ever given a company but they are not reliable or a professional company. As a business owner, we appreciate running a business can be challenging at times. The first month they provided a good service but then they employed a cleaner that could not do the job and the cleaner would cancel at the last minute but her supervisor would not provide cover when the cleaner was off ill, so we would do the cleaning ourselves. The cleaner was off ill on a regular basis; this went on for 4 months. The owner, James did not do anything about the situation. When we expressed concerns about the poor quality of cleaning, it was not rectified nor any compensation for the continued absenteeism and poor quality of service. They have very poor communications and this company should be avoided at all costs. They do not fulfil their contractual obligation nor provide a professional, nor reliable service. They believe that they are doing you a favour when they don’t charge you when the cleaner does not show up to do the job. Avoid the hassle and inconvenience of using this company."
