"We had the dare to share, with Asian slaw and truffle fries as our sides, brownie and fried Oreo for dessert. Definitely a unique experience trying duck wings and honestly very satisfied with the meal. Expensive but not unreasonable for the quality. Unfortunately, when it came down to pay, there was a gratuity charge, which on the menu explicitly says applies only to groups of 5 or more, applied by default to our table of 2. Staff were quick to remove it when I asked about it but my socially anxious date said I ruined her night and embarrassed her. I tip more than I need to but well, how dare a restaurant put it on me to ruin my date's night. If a gratuity is optional, don't put it there by default!"
"The lady who met us on the door was lovely! I’m sorry again that we were late for our table but she did not make us feel bad, she was so polite and kind. Isa & her sister were absolutely incredible. Thank you both for the duck wings recommendation and the help with my cheesecake! We would definitely come back for the service alone, even if the food wasn’t as spectacular as it is. The food, genuinely, beautiful. Thank you so much and we can’t wait to come back to Dublin !"
"Came for my husbands birthday dinner about 2 weeks ago. Definitely a more expensive spot, and to note you need to add sides to your meal as they are not included in the price for most mains. But, the food was gorgeous, the wait staff was friendly, chatty and sang him happy birthday. One of the wait staff must have also bought him a beer for his birthday on them as he received a free one without asking! I will say hands down the best part of the meal for me was the crispy cheese cake. I will be making an special trip back specifically for that!"
"Honestly, this was definitely the best place I visited whilst in Dublin. I'm disappointed that I only had one meal here and in hindsight I'd have tried the whole menu. The place is pretty straightforward. It's beef and lobster, but when you see their whole menu (which is just a page), everything sounds so good. When we arrived, we were seated near the front and shortly after the hostess asked us if we would want to be moved (my friend had a grim look on his face), which was really nice and we ended up getting seated in a corner cushion area. The staff were super lovely, our waitress was very knowledgeable and patient with me as I really struggled with my order. After talking to her for a few minutes and getting suggestions, I ended up going with all starters rather than mains. I have no regrets because they were all pretty good and only wish I could have had room to try more things (my friend did share a bit of his lobster with me though). Honestly, this is definitely a must visit. And I can't really tell you what to order because none of us were disappointed with what we got. I had the duck wings, calamari, buffalo king prawns, and pork belly. I think my favourite was the pork belly followed by the wings, but like I said, it was all good. My friend's enjoyed their lobsters too. Not much else to say other than if I ever return to Dublin, I will be having multiple trips to this location."
"Not the kind of place you go for a quiet meal. This place has a real party atmosphere. We ordered the ultimate beef and lobster experience. The duck wings were amazing ,very crispy and fell off the bone. The steak was very well cooked. The service was fast and the staff are friendly. This is a good place to start a night out, I'd highly recommend it."
