"Wow, what a fanastic place, if you enjoy being with nature, and by nature I mean sheep, and farm animals. Then this is the place to be, situated on a working farm, the accommodation is wonderful. They have thought of everything, there is nothing that we could think was missing, from a fully equipped kitchen ( even with dishwasher and washing machine tablets to use) , the the very much appreciated welcome hamper. The log burner hot tub is also a great feature, it does take a few hours to warm up, but fully worth it, can't beat a warm hot tub, looking up at the stars. We definitely be going again ."
"We really enjoyed our stay. Well equipped clean cottage. Double bed mattress not good! Dog friendly but only shared garden. Fine for us as not many others staying. Might get more crowded in season"
"Absolutely wonderful place so peaceful, we loved it. Gorgeous accommodation everything you need so a superb holiday. Animals were a hit with our grandson so lovely to wake upto them at the fence everyday. Great location would recommend it to anyone 10/10"
"Lovely cottage, very friendly area and very helpful hosts, close to lots of great places and good for dogs. Cottage was very clean, well maintained, and beautifully presented. The animals were great for the children and friendly. I would definitely recommend and we'll come back again!"
"We love it here, so peaceful. Fishing, swimming, enjoying the pool to ourselves most of the time. Good play area for the children and nice for them to feed the donkeys. Nice to only hear animals and no traffic! Lovely realaxing stay. Dairy cottage is bigger than it looks from the outside, sleeps 5, 1 x double, 1 x bunkbed and a single. 10 mins from Morrisons and Lidl. Cromer 30 min away. 100% recommend a visit here."
