"Absolute waste of space. I went on to the website to get a quote for Caravan Insurance and could not find any policy documents to read the fine details of what is covered. I rang up Arachas the next day to confirm the quote and ask questions relating to cover, What a joke!! I had two main areas of concern in regards taking out a policy and the answer to both my questions was "everythings covered", everythings covered". No detail,no explanation,no specifics. Just the mantra of "everythings covered" unreal!! I decided that taxing the intellect of this individual any further would prove fruitless and inquired as to where on the website I might find the actual policy details and was told that they were "on the website". I explained I had already looked but they were not there. Again I was told they were "on the website". I hung up and checked the website again for proper answer's to my "everythings covered" policy. You guessed it - Nope,no policy documents. I said to myself that if I rang back I might get to talk to someone who actually knows, or is interested in new customers or selling insurance but the stars would just not align for me. I got through to a different person all right, and they informed my that there are no policy documents available online to view!! and that I would have to be transferred back to the person who I originally dealt with to address my queries.At this point I had to admit defeat and explained with a grumpy tone that I had already tried to engage with their other colleague but was unwilling to try again.Thus ended the call. So to Sum up in a few words my experience of dealing with Arachas insurance, if you want a no questions asked super duper "everythings covered " policy, well dont ring up, just purchase off the website, and hope and pray the small print in the policy actually says "everythings covered". As for the sales agent, who I was obviously interrupting in the course of her working day, Well done madam, you are a credit to the company. I"
