"I booked full service and end up with over 1k for tyres and brake replacement (they even ordered the wrong type of brake for my car) After full service, screen wiper container was leaking (this was in good condition before I visited them) , no oil change was, no coolant change even though I paid for that. Atlas autoservice is the only place that didn’t change the wipers for full service. I have to fill it myself that’s why I noticed they didn’t fill coolant and oil :( I was so disappointed but didn’t have chance to go back right after because of Xmas holiday in December and January. When i was back, they didn’t even check the car if they did a proper job. when I tried to book for another slot for them to check my car I was informed that I till have to pay for the service. Is 1k not enough?? - they didn’t even do the full service properly They claimed that as service was last 6 weeks, the coolant and oil might be down, unfortunately it was exact level before I bring to service. I used my car for years and coolant never dropped down that fast. They think woman can’t check the oil and coolant? Also, I have to drop the car for them 2 times cause they didn’t complete as promised, very bad timing when I was so busy with Xmas season and preparing for holiday. I don’t mind how expensive it is if they did good job, but when you spent over 1k and your car was destroyed and was not serviced correctly, it’s so unfair. This is my 1st time writing a complaint review cause they took my money so easily and treat the customer like i was lying to them even though they have record on their system. Never coming back. Don’t waste your money and don’t go here!!! I dont want others to have a bad experience like me Im Asian and a girl that’s probably why they treat me that way."

"Overpriced. I bought a battery for my key here recently. They charged me 66% more than the main dealer. This is the second time I've had a poor experience here. The first time they said they'd replace a part in my exhaust with a bolt-in part. I specifically said I didn’t want them welding in a part. 10 min later, there out cutting out and welding a part in. I won't be going back."

"Excellent service as always from Atlas Baldoyle. I have been going to them for years. They done some body work on the boot of the car recently. Fantastic job you would never know the car was damaged paint work matched perfectly. A big shout our to the lads in the body shop."
