"Avoid at all costs. Nothing but a group of horrible thieves. Purchased an engine for a car including delivery. Upon delivery it turns out the engine is the wrong one, covered in oil and mounting points broken. When i tried to return the engine the staff member Michael told me that I'm in the wrong and they wont refund it even though it was withing their 7 day returns period. Youre bettwr off going to SouthSide Spares in Dun Laoghaire where they actually run a proper business unlike these disgraces here."

"What a lying person owner of this place is, also very bad manners. Ordered and payed for gearbox which should be next day delivery. On next day gearbox didn't arrive, emailed and was told it is waiting for courier collection. On another day told parcel was collected so I am happy will arrive today. It didn't arrive, made a call asking what is going on and asking for tracking number, then was told: "I don't have a time for your sh.t". When finally I got tracking number I found that parcel was just sent, so he was lying all the time while my mechanic was waiting for gearbox. Also cost me more to rent a car for longer."

"I urge everybody to read the reviews before going here. Obviously they sell second hand parts so sometimes they won't be good which you understand going in. But if something isn't right the decent thing to do is Rectify the problem rather than rip customers off or intimidate them which is what happened To my partner. She phoned these guys with the nct fail sheet in her hand and read to the man on the phone the part she needed, he Gave her the WRONG side. Having brought the car to the mechanic the evening before and Having no time to rectify the mistake before the retest the mechanic done what he could and the car passed. The following day she brought the part back and explained what happened and was told by a man here "there's no way that's our fault and we don't refund people for wasting our time, I guarantee you now you won't be getting a refund". She left feeling intimidated and bullied. I phoned up and got a polite man at first who put the man she dealt with in the phone who flat denied it was his fault that she had wasted his time even tho she was given the opposite side to what she ordered that she had wasted his time and they won't give someone back money for that reason and that he would speak to his manager and call me back. Good job I didn't hold my breath. No doubt there will be a smart arse reply to this like every other negative review they replied to. Go somewhere else because unless you get lucky with a working part or are given the RIGHT ONE you'll be told to get lost!!!"

"bought an engine they said 30 or 90 days gaureentee i cant remember which it was but after 22 days in the car it gave up they did not want to know i would not buy a spark plug from these crooks buy nothing from these they will comment on this message to make it look like i am the crook"
