"Hi, I must start with, I love dealing with Campion Insurance. The team are always so friendly. As a family, we have 2 Policies. Because I’m being asked about my experience, I will share, as I do feel asking for feed back is the only way to improve. The only gripe I have is, that when we were renewing Megan’s insurance, we told the agent Megan was doing her driving test the following week. I did ask would this mean she was entitled to some rebate if she became a full licensed driver. I was told yes, possibly, but I had to send in a copy of her license if she passed her test and her policy would be reviewed. I followed all instructions and we didn’t get any call, email or rebate. We are long standing repeat customers of your company, We have a motor traders policy and Megan’s policy with you guys, and feel when spending over €2,000 euro per year and more over the years with you, it was disappointing not to receive a call back. We total understand if nothing could have been done but the lack of correspondence was disheartening. You get many calls to renew and once we paid, not another call… This is by no means a reflection on how we were treated, the staff are lovely, but as I said, great service before we purchased and no follow on after regarding our enquiry. You may wonder why I didn’t call back to ask.. I never would have called back to ask, I felt this was like begging for discounts which is embarrassing. Many thanks."

"I deal with Kathleen Gleeson every year for my insurance and she is the only reason I am still with campion insurance. She notify’s me way ahead of the time to renew so I always can make time to get the money sorted so it’s not a big surprise . She has went above and beyond for me time and time again and I can’t recommend to people enough to get in touch with her and let her look after your policy. And I have also dealt with paul Conway recently as I was making a claim after been in a crash and was having trouble With axa insurance and the service I was getting from them. He couldn’t of been more helpful and was on point for everything I needed to pursue the claim and gave me all the right info I needed. After dealing with AXA insurance for the claim I am pursing against another driver dealing with Kathleen and paul is like a walk in the park.
