"I would give no stars but it is unfortunately not possible… I booked a taxi for 2:30am for the airport to catch a 5:30 am flight but my family was never picked up. We received no notice saying that our taxi would not be coming so we were stranded at 2:30am at a friends home with no wat to the airport. In the end we used their car to drive to airport but the overnight parking ended up costing over 40€…"
"I booked Airport Taxi 365 from the Dublin airport to our hotel. The trip in was great as our flight was late getting in. However, the driver failed to show up at our hotel and didn't contact us for our trip back to the airport. We almost missed our flight home. Next time I'll take a regular cab. Response to owner. The HOTEL was NOT BUSY at 7:00 AM the morning I was leaving. There was NO ONE in the lobby at that time on that rainy morning. We waited for the driver for a half hour before to 20 mins after the agreed on time. My phone has logs to show no one called. Just admit your driver didn't show up at the hotel and you have a piss poor service that doesn't compete well with the regular Dublin cabs."
"I wanted to take the time to review this company as I would've liked to have had more info when picking an airport transfer service They offered a cheaper rate than all the competition so I was naturally dubious. However, they were spot on in every way. The driver turned up on time, the car was clean and comfortable (there were four of us but they actually provided a 7 seater), and the ride was smooth. They would be my first choice next time I'm in Dublin."
