"Just took my 10 year old for a blood test, not a great experience as she cried, well screamed actually..and she's had blood tests at Nene Park before was absolutely fine.We said no to numbing spray but she used it anyway. Won't be going back there in a hurry as too traumatic for her, hopefully it won't scare her for next time she needs one."

"Have had blood taken today. I was impressed how nice they all were it's Christmas Eve today... they had to work poor ladies... I was late for my appointment I came with my 3 daughters and still those lovely ladies made such a nice and friendly atmosphere. The lady who was taking blood explained every single detail to my girls as they were very interested in it then she gave them stickers. Clearly those people love what they do❤"
