"3year waiting list for NHS patients in 2018/19, so joined list and waited. 2023 now and find out I wasn’t added to NHS list,and their records only go back to 2020!(convenient). I can be put on list now but still have to wait another 3 years! Absolutely digusting service,seeings as it is their mistake,and what a con making the least well off in society pay for private dental treatment for years longer than they should because of dental practice admin haven’t done their job correctly"

"Just a huge example of why private isn’t always better. You pay an arm and leg for average dental surgery you can easily get from the NHS. If you have more sense than money, I’d avoid these guys! Suffered with permanent nerve damage for months after a tooth extraction and never bothered to take full responsibility for it. All they care about is taking your money and showing you the door when you’re done! Go through the NHS and save yourself the long term effects of this clinic."
