"I made an appointment for 10.30 which he never showed up for. I called asking where he was and he had over ran which was fine although a call to say this would have been appreciated. I finally spoke to him at 4.30 and he said he would call me the next week to arrange a new appointment. I didn't hear from him for 3 weeks so I called again to rearrange and the woman I spoke to was extremely rude. so ended up telling her not to bother. Seem very rude and unprofessional so wouldn't use or recommend them. Especially as would have been spending a lot of money."
