"Always heard good things about Wren's quality, so chose them for my new kitchen. Lovely big showroom. Nicely laid out and a great selection. I designed my kitchen with Basrak, who was brilliant - not just in the initial design meeting but also in follow-up emails and the final appointment. She had some great suggestions and was very accepting of my budget limitations. The multiple follow-up emails from three or four different people within Wren were a little bit overwhelming, but I guess it kept the need for communicating with them top of my mind. Installation happens in a couple of weeks. Hopefully the finished product will be as lovely as I envisage - something which is much easier to imagine thanks to the wonderful 3D mockups of the new kitchen that Wren also provide."
"Everone dishes Wren kitchens! We had our beautiful kitchen installed some 6yrs ago. Gave us lifetime guarantee too. We have a problem now with 2xdoors blistering, they said they would offer us some compensation but thats not ideal as dont want to be looking at that for the rest of my life. Anyway they are now saying to choose new doors from them and they will install . So now I continue to sing their praises Gale"
"Highly recommend Chris Thornton. Chris was very patient and gave us lots of ideas. He didn’t put any pressure on us to secure a deposit. We had a very pleasant experience. The only negative was two units were damaged and the inserts were not long enough so we have a join in the island. We have contacted Wren however have not yet had a response but we are hopeful they will rectify this."
"Very much like the previous posts. The sale of my kitchen seemed very promising, and friendly and then once the kitchen had been delivered the service and planning is absolutely shocking. You wouldn’t mind but this is thousands and thousand of pounds and just not a care in the world. Also do not get lured into purchasing the Matt finishes, we have a blue Matt finish which we was told shows the least marks, I must say this is the biggest lie I have ever come across and even the tiniest drip of water shows making the kitchen cupboard finish constantly looking grubby and dirty. I must say I get embarrassed to show people my kitchen let alone tell them what I spent on it! Would not recommend wren again, even though I am gutted my brother just purchased his kitchen before I could tell him of the after sales experience."
"Our experience with Wren started off great, friendly staff with great quality looking products and a simple design process. Then onto the measuring and surveying stage in which we were assured everything would be fine despite us mentioning our very aged fuse board, disruptive gas pipes and intrusive stairs. We were told not to worry and that the "fitters would sort all this". After completion of design, deposit paid and contract signed, that's where it all started to go wrong. The first fitter informs us that lots of work will need to be completed first before the kitchen can be fitted. This ended up in me having to dig a trench in the driveway for a new fuse board to be fitted and electrics re-routed. This caused delays and now the original fit date has to be pushed back, and the original fitter is no longer free. Meanwhile the kitchen has been delivered but some of the parts have been broken during delivery, leaving us to order new parts. Fast forward 2 weeks and still no word as to who or when our kitchen will be getting fitted. After many calls to and fro over who is supposed to be fitting our kitchen, finally a fitter has been issued. Fast forward another two weeks and finally fitting the kitchen has commenced, but only some bits can be completed because no information has been relayed from the original survey. Now a plasterer and an electrician need to be organised before it can all be completed. Eventually all the stars aligned, and a mighty 2 months after the original completion date, all the kitchen has finally been fitted. Don't get lulled into Wren's false sense of security that paying the extortionate money for them to organise all the fitting will make it plain sailing. The quality of their products are good, but their customer service and project planning skills need some serious work."
