"Furniture quality is fine, when you eventually get, and if its not damaged. But took 3 attempts to deliver (1st attempt the item was not on the truck, 2nd attempt the item was found damaged at the warehouse so delivery cancelled at 1 day notice), and when delivered on the 3rd attempt, the item was damaged. Ordered in November, was promised delivery before christmas, finally delivered (damaged) on the 23rd of Jan."

"The delivery team have little customer communication skills, not product knowledge. They insisted my mattress was the correct way up, and they do this all of the time so basically said I don't know what I am talking about!! I then had to turn the very heavy mattress myself, and broke the bed slat in the progress. Overall not very impressed with the delivery. The 2 stars are due to the mattress itself being very comfortable and the in store experience was good."

"Really disappointed, after spending a significant (£2000+) amount of money on a new bed and mattress I am appalled that there has been a delay with the mattress supply and have only received the bed base. I took time off work to facilitate a delivery date & time only to find out I will have to take another day off. This could have been avoided by: 1. Check suppliers stock to ensure goods will be at distribution centre on time. 2. Contact me (buyer) if stock is not on hand at distribution centre. 3. Reschedule delivery date with buyer before the day if there are stock issues. This is basic operations standard work. I was also insulted that a 50% discount off a blow up mattress was offered as part of compensation. Really poor service and end user treatment overall. The delivery team who delivered my bed base and headboard were really nice though. However they are left on the frontline without information so had to deal with the missing mattress issue without any information."

"Bensons for beds are a joke our bed was ment to be delivered on the 1st of November this year but yesterday they decided to change the date to the 23rd of this month after rearranging our bedroom and having new carpets organised we decided to dismantle our bed and sleep on our mattress for a few days but now guess what got almost 4wds of it now. I personally asked for a little bit of companionship they said we don’t do that but we will give you a £50 voucher to spend at bensons for beds cheers."
