"Poor communication and now I'm out of pocket over £200! Obtained a quote from Dreams on a Friday, advised we were waiting on mortgage funds to clear in full; was told to come back next week (when we est the funds would arrive) and if I brought the quote we could proceed. Returned on the Thursday afterwards and turns out the "discount" added to the quote ended on Tuesday and no one thought to inform me before I left that this discount was due to end. Nothing on my quote. I was very shocked and angry when I went to place my order today that I would pay over £200 more!! extremely disappointed by the lack of communication which has put me in a disadvantaged position financially. What's even worse is their website does not have any discount code box on a order"
