"I called in yesterday to buy some camping gas. I saw the cantilever parasols on display and asked a staff member how they work. She was super friendly and helpful and I decided to purchase one and the base there and then. The offer of loading it into my car was gratefully accepted. They went further and took the base of the parasol out the box and screwed it all together for me (this would have taken me about half an hour) then the car was loaded and on I went. This meant that at home it was super easy to fit. I will definitely shop here again and so nice to see friendly and helpful staff that went out their way on a very hot day to assist me."
"Great line of products and great staff who really want to help you. We brought a double hanging chair and we went to a few places to get the best one. They had a great quality one, we went to places that had inferior quality but this place had the real quality products. They spoke to us about the products and even got measuring tape and measured the width for us. They were very helpful and they delivered it in a few days. The delivery people were also really friendly and helpful. They offered to bring it anywhere we wanted. Staff ***** Products ***** Quality ***** Delivery ***** Overall very good experience, the products might cost a little more but the quality is truly better. We tested similar items in other shops where items had creaks and we just not as enjoyable. We have had our chair from Best Buy for around a month and we use it everyday and its 100% great. "Great shop bit hidden away. Some great basic ski and outdoor ware at good prices. They stay away from the big overpriced brands so ideal for kids who may only get a few years wear. Looked good for camping basics as well. From tents to stoves and sleeping bags. Again mid range brands so well priced. Free parking outside in little retail park."
