"Went in there today and there were three Hitler books on the shelves. I asked the manageress if she thought this was acceptable and, though she did take them off, said “we have to cater for all tastes” I didn’t realise the YMCA had to cater for Nazis. Shameful."
"The shop feels a little disorganised: some lovely furniture and a really good second hand book and children's toys/board game section, but the clothes section is lacking and not appealing. They currently have a box of baby clothes, 3 for £1, which is a great thing, but overall I wonder if it would be better to focus on one or two areas, rather than accommodate areas where donations are weak, such as the clothes."
